Cashor. Operator Messaging program details. Last updated: 2026-05-17.

This page describes the SMS messaging program operated by Cashor, Inc. under the program name Cashor. Operator Messaging. These terms apply to all SMS messages Cashor sends to operators who use the Cashor platform.

1. Program name

Cashor. Operator Messaging. This is the registered short-description name for the Cashor SMS program used to send transactional and operational messages to operators who have signed up for Cashor.

2. What messages you will receive

After you submit your mobile phone number and provide consent during sign-up or sign-in, Cashor may send the following SMS messages to the number you provided:

  • Account security messages, including one-time passcodes (OTP) for login and identity verification.
  • Service notifications, including alerts when a customer calls or texts one of your operator phone numbers, voicemail transcripts, and status updates on invoices, payments, bookings, and payouts.
  • Automated assistant replies. If you have enabled the automated text assistant on your Cashor Pro plan, Cashor will send automated replies on your behalf to customers who text your operator phone number. You control whether replies are drafted, reviewed, or sent automatically from the assistant settings page.
  • Operational updates about your account, billing, and platform availability, including service incidents and scheduled maintenance.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on usage. Typical active operators receive 5 to 50 messages per month from Cashor directly, plus automated assistant replies sent on their behalf. Operators with higher call and message volume will receive more notifications.

4. Message and data rates

Msg & data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier apply to every message Cashor sends or receives on your behalf. Cashor does not charge a per-message fee, but your carrier may charge standard SMS or data rates based on your plan.

5. How to opt out

Reply STOP to any Cashor message to opt out of non-critical messages. You will receive one confirmation message acknowledging the opt-out. No further non-critical messages will be sent after that.

Opting out of security one-time-passcode messages will prevent login on that account; OTP delivery continues for that purpose so you are not locked out permanently. If you want to re-enable messaging, log in to app.cashor.app and update your messaging preferences.

6. How to get help

Reply HELP to any Cashor message to receive a short reply with a link to these terms and a contact email for human support. You can also email support@cashor.app at any time.

7. Supported carriers

The Cashor messaging program works with all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket, Google Fi, and most MVNOs. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Authorization and opt-in

By providing your mobile phone number and consenting during sign-up or sign-in, you opt in to the Cashor. Operator Messaging program and confirm all of the following:

  • You are the authorized subscriber of that mobile number, or you have the subscriber's permission to use it for Cashor.
  • You consent to receive the messages described in section 2 above.
  • You acknowledge that consent to receive automated messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Cashor.

9. No third-party sharing for marketing

Cashor will not share your mobile number or SMS opt-in status with any third party for marketing purposes. Your number is shared only with the telephony infrastructure providers required to deliver your messages and with law enforcement where required by applicable law.
