You get the whole back office. The only piece we hold back is the branded text assistant, because we have to register your number with the carriers before it can send messages on your behalf. That takes a couple of days and a small one-time setup we cover for you on day eight.

Connect your bank to get paid
We use Stripe to settle every payment straight into your account. Apple Pay, credit cards, instant transfer, and pay links all run through it. Cashor never touches your money.

Tell us your business basics
Business name, mobile number, the area you work, your callout fee, your hourly. Five fields. We use them to draft your quotes and your invoices in your voice.
After day seven we charge $49.99 and your branded text assistant comes online the next morning. That's it. No upgrades, no upsells.

What does the trial cost?
Nothing. Seven days, no card to start. We ask for your bank on day one so your invoices can be paid, but we don't charge until day eight.
Can I cancel before day eight?
Yes. Cancel any time in the first seven days and you won't be charged. You can do it in settings or by replying to any Cashor email.
Why isn't the SMS assistant in the trial?
Every U.S. business that sends text on a 10DLC line has to be registered with the mobile carriers. We start that process the day you sign up. It usually completes during your trial week so the branded assistant turns on the day you go paid. Until then you can still send invoices and reminders by email and customer-facing pay links work without SMS.
Do I need an LLC or an EIN?
No. Sole proprietors are fine. We register your brand as a sole-prop trust profile under our parent campaign. You give us your legal name and a mobile number we can verify and we handle the rest.
What if I'm not a tradie?
Cashor is built for one-truck operators. Plumbers, sparkies, mobile detailers, HVAC, landscapers, handymen. If you run something else solo and the workflow fits, it'll work for you too. If you have a team, a dispatcher, or a fleet, this is the wrong tool.
